When are event images available for download?
Typically, un-edited images are ready shortly after the event. With-in a few hours images are fully edited and re-uploaded.

How does CSI: Photo bill?
CSI: Photo invoices at the end of a semester. We can break down billing for individual sports or events if needed.

Is CSI: Photo insured?
Yes, CSI: Photo carries full insurance. As well as, safe guards against falling equipment that might injure fans, spectators, athletes, coaches and officials.

What to do in the event of a postponed event?
CSI: Photo asks that the SID responsible for the event contact CSI: Photo as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-schedule your event.

Will CSI: Photo cover away games?
CSI: Photo normally will cover game scheduled at your venues. If the visiting venue is with-in reasonable travel distance it will be considered.

Does CSI: Photo sell images?
Yes, CSI: Photo offers event images for sale to family, friends and loved ones thought out the country. Images sold are for personal use only as in accordance with NCAA regulations.
Family and friends that can't make it to games really enjoy being able to purchase and share images of their loved ones.

Does CSI: Photo enter into Licensing agreements with colleges and universities?
Yes, CSI: Photo will enter into licensing agreements with college and universities.
CSI: Photo will work with universities directly to enter into a licensing agreement. CSI: Photo also, will enter into licensing agreements with third party companies such as Replay Photos to handle image licensing and marketing.

How are families directed to CSI: Photo's web site?
CSI: Photo asks that a link be added to the universities athletic web site This will make it easy for students and families to locate images.

Who owns the image rights?
CSI: Photo retains the image rights. CSI: Photo grants the usage of these images for media use on college and league web-sites, local and national newsprint and internet media. CSI: Photo is to be issued a photo credit for any image used out-side of the universities media outlets.

Yes, CSI: Photo has a network of local photographers to assist in any situation.

MY school has made it to a bowl game. Is CSI: Photo capable of traveling to championship games?
Yes, CSI: Photo will travel to championship game! Please note that any travel and lodging costs will be incurred by the school.
